What If I Didn’t Get What I Selected?

We work hard to ensure every Tangelo delivery matches your selections, but occasional errors or substitutions may occur. If your order isn’t what you expected, we’re here to help!


Steps to Report an Issue (within 24 hours of delivery):

    • Navigate to the “Orders” tab in the bottom menu.

  1. Select Your Order:

    • Locate the specific order where the issue occurred.

  2. Submit an Issue:

    • Tap “Need help with your order?” and select the type of issue.

    • Choose the box(es) with the issue and provide details about what you received versus what you expected.

    • Attach relevant photos to help us investigate.

  3. Click Submit:

    • Your report will be sent to our team for review and potential resolution.

Important:

  • All issues must be reported within 24 hours of your order being marked as delivered.

  • The more details and photos you provide, the quicker we can resolve the issue.

Helpful Tip:

  • Keep your Order # handy—it’s available by tapping the Wallet icon in the app and reviewing your Order History.
