Keeping your delivery address up to date ensures your orders arrive at the right place without any issues. Whether you’re updating for a single order or adding a new default address, the process is quick and easy.
Updating Your Address via the Web Dashboard
Log In to Your Dashboard
Visit your dashboard and sign in to your account.
Select Your Order
Find the specific order you want to update.
Click on the order and select “Edit Delivery Details.”
Update Your Address
Choose one of the following options:
Edit your address for this specific order.
Add a new address for future orders.
Save the updated address as your default to automatically apply it to all upcoming orders.
Save Your Changes
Click “Save” to confirm your updates.
Adding or Updating Your Address via the Tangelo App
Open the Tangelo App
Launch the app on your device.
Access Your Saved Addresses
Tap the three dots in the top-right corner of the screen (next to your phone’s battery icon).
Scroll down and select “Saved Addresses.”
Add or Edit an Address
To Add a New Address:
Tap “Add New Address.”
Enter your delivery details, including any specific instructions to guide our drivers (e.g., “Leave at the front porch” or “Use the side gate”).
To Update an Existing Address:
Select the address you want to update.
Make the necessary changes to the address or delivery instructions.
Tap “Save” to confirm your updates.
Important Reminder
48-Hour Reminder: Address changes should be made more than 48 hours before your expected delivery. If address changes are made after the 48 hour cutoff, we will do everything we can to try to update your order in time, but we cannot guarantee that it will be honored.
