How Do I Update My Address?

Quickly update your address & delivery instructions

Keeping your delivery address up to date ensures your orders arrive at the right place without any issues. Here’s how to add or edit your address in the Tangelo app:

  1. Open the Tangelo App here

  2. Access Your Saved Addresses

    • Tap the three dots in the top-right corner (next to your phone’s battery symbol).

    • Scroll down and select “Saved Addresses.”

  3. Add or Edit Your Address

    • To Add a New Address:

      • Tap “Add New Address.”

      • Enter your delivery details, including any specific instructions to guide our drivers (e.g., “Leave at the front porch” or “Use the side gate”).

    • To Update an Existing Address:

      • Select the address you want to update.

      • Make the necessary changes to the details or delivery instructions, then tap “Save.”

*Please Note: In order for address changes to take effect, they must be completed at least 48 hours before your expected delivery. Otherwise the update will only apply for future shipments.
