Complete the Application
​If you’re eligible, you’ll fill out a short application, including a diet assessment to help us tailor meals to your needs. This typically takes about 3-5 minutes.

Submit Your Application
​Once submitted, your application will be reviewed by our team and then submitted to your health plan for approval. This process usually takes 3–14 business days, depending on your health plan. In some cases, your health plan may require a referral from your healthcare provider. If so, we’ll let you know and guide you through the next steps.

Start Receiving Meals
​Once approved, we’ll notify you, and your meals will be delivered directly to your doorstep!
