Start by visiting start.jointangelo.com to see if you qualify. You'll answer some basic questions to identify your eligibility.

Sign Up
If you're eligible, you’ll finish the signup process. This includes submitting your insurance plan number (so we can verify coverage). Then you’ll complete a short diet assessment to ensure you get meals tailored to your needs.

Receive Your Meals
If your health plan approves coverage for our program, Tangelo delivers meals directly to your doorstep. Depending on your program, you’ll receive either a frozen Prepared Meal Box, our Semi-Prepared Meal Box, or a Grocery Box, all designed to support your unique health goals.

Enjoy Your Benefit
Our service helps you improve your overall health by jumpstarting your journey with food and meals that are healthy, delicious, and convenient to prepare. Our food is crafted to meet the unique needs of people with chronic health conditions and those looking for balanced, nutritious options. The program also comes with education tailored to your needs. Depending on your health plan, you may even have access to meet with one of our Registered Dietitians during the program.

Re-Enroll When Needed
Depending on your health plan, your food benefits may last up to 12 weeks. You may be eligible to re-apply after your initial benefit expires. We’ll send you reminders when it’s time to reapply towards the end of your benefit period.
