If you’ve applied and haven’t heard back, don’t worry—here’s what you should know:

  1. Application Status
    The review process typically takes 3–14 business days, depending on your health plan. You can check your status anytime by logging into your dashboard at tangelorx.dietid.com. We’ll also keep you updated via text or email and will reach out if additional information is needed.

  2. Referral Requirements
    In some cases, your health plan may require a referral from your healthcare provider, which could take extra time. If this applies to you, we’ll notify you and guide you through the process.

  3. Need Help?
