Here’s what to expect after submitting your application:

  1. Application Review
    We’ll review your application and verify your benefits with your health plan. This process usually takes 3–14 business days, depending on your plan. If a referral from your healthcare provider is needed, we’ll notify you and guide you through the next steps.

  2. Stay Updated
    You can track your application status anytime by logging into your dashboard. We’ll also keep you informed with text and/or email updates. If we need additional information, we’ll reach out to you directly.

  3. Meal Delivery
    Once your application is approved, your meals will be delivered right to your doorstep—ready for you to enjoy!

We’ll keep you in the loop every step of the way, including reminders when your benefit is nearing its end so you can reapply if eligible.
