What Happens After I Apply?

Once you submit your application, here's what you can expect:

  1. Application Review
    After you apply, your application will be reviewed. This process typically takes 3–14 business days, depending on your health plan. In some cases, a referral from your healthcare provider may be required. If so, we’ll notify you and guide you through the next steps.

  2. Approval Notification
    If your application is approved, you’ll receive a confirmation from us, and we’ll start preparing your meals for delivery.

  3. Meal Delivery
    Once approved, your meals will be delivered directly to your doorstep, and you can begin enjoying them!

    We’ll keep you informed every step of the way, including when your benefit is nearing its end so you can plan accordingly.
