Providing delivery instructions helps ensure your food arrives exactly where and how you want it! You can add or update delivery instructions using the Tangelo app or your web dashboard.
Updating Delivery Instructions via Your Dashboard
Log In to Your Dashboard
Visit your dashboard and sign in to your account.
Select the Order
Navigate to the order you’d like to update.
Click on it and select “Edit Delivery Details.”
Add or Update Your Address
Choose one of the following options:
Edit your address for the specific order.
Add a new address for future use.
Save the updated address as your default to apply it to all upcoming orders automatically.
Save Your Changes
Once you’ve entered your updates, click “Save” to confirm.
Updating Delivery Instructions in the Tangelo App
Open the Tangelo App here
Launch the Tangelo app on your device.
Access Saved Addresses
Navigate to the “Explore” tab.
Tap the three dots in the top-right corner (next to your phone’s battery symbol).
Scroll down and select “Saved Addresses.”
Add or Edit Your Address
To Add a New Address:
Tap “Add New Address.”
Enter your delivery details, and in the designated box, provide specific instructions (e.g., “Leave package at the back door” or “Call upon arrival”).
To Update an Existing Address:
Select the address you want to update.
Tap “Edit” to adjust the delivery instructions in the provided field.
Save Your Changes
Tap “Save” to confirm your updates.
Adding Delivery Instructions During Enrollment
If you’re enrolling for the first time, you’ll be prompted to enter your delivery address during the application process. Make sure to include clear instructions to help our drivers deliver your order seamlessly.
Pro Tip:
Default Address: Saving an address as your default will automatically apply it to all future orders, so you won’t need to update it again.
