How Do I Edit Future Deliveries?

Managing your upcoming orders is simple! You can update your orders via the Tangelo app or your web dashboard. You can make changes to your future deliveries during the available edit window.

Edit Your Orders from the Dashboard

  1. Find Your Orders

    • Once logged in, you’ll see a list of your orders.

  2. Edit a Future Order

    • Click on the future order you’d like to edit.

    • Select “Edit Items.”

    • Adjust your items:

      • Add items to your box.

      • Remove items you don’t need.

      • Change the quantity of any item.

  3. Save Your Changes

    • Once you’ve made your edits, click “Save Changes.” Your updates will be applied to your next box.

Edit Your Orders from the Tangelo App

  1. Open the Tangelo App here

  2. Navigate to Your Orders

    • Tap on the “Orders” tab located in the bottom menu.

    • In the “All” or “Upcoming” section, find the order you want to edit.

      1. Tap the order to view its details.

  3. Edit a Future Order

    • Scroll down and select “Edit Details.”

    • Update your order:

      1. Add, remove, or adjust quantities for items in your box.

  4. Confirm Your Updates

    • Save your changes to ensure they’re applied to your delivery.

Important Reminders

  • Edit Window: Changes can only be made during the designated edit window.

  • Notifications: Check your app notifications or order details for the timeframe to make updates.

  • No Changes After the Window Closes: Once the edit window closes, no further changes can be made to your order.
