Use the support option in the app to notify us of the issue.
Ensure your allergens are correctly recorded in our system to prevent future problems.
2. Report the Issue in the App:
Go to the “Orders” tab in the bottom menu.
Select Your Order:
Locate the order with the issue.
Submit an Issue:
Tap “Need help with your order?” and choose the relevant issue type.
Select the incorrect items and provide details about what you received.
Attach photos if applicable.
Click Submit:
Your report will be reviewed promptly.
Important Notes:
Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Detailed information helps us resolve the issue faster.
