If your application is denied, don't worry—there are still options:

  1. Reason for Denial
    You will be notified of the reason your application was denied. This could be due to eligibility requirements, such as not meeting specific health plan criteria or not having a participating health plan.

  2. Reapply
    If your application is denied, you can reapply at any time. You may need to update some of your information or complete a new Diet Assessment before reapplying.

  3. Additional Support
    If you need help understanding the denial or how to improve your eligibility, our Customer Support team is available to assist you. We can help clarify next steps and guide you through the process.
